Service Plans

Through our flexible service plans, we are able to provide reduced rates and priority response. Taking a proactive approach to Network support through regular maintenance visits has almost eliminated the need for "emergency calls". This minimizes Network downtime, ultimately making your business more productive and profitable.

Base Rate per Hour - offers work done per hour with no service plan. We recommend our SPA or QSPA for reduced rates and a proactive approach.

Standard Service Plan Agreement (SPA) - offers several monthly hour plan levels. The hourly rate discount increases with the level of service. The term of the SPA is one year, with the option to move up or down one level at the end of a quarter. A good fit for those needing a predetermined amount of hours per month.

Quarterly Service Plan Agreement (QSPA) - offers 10 engineering hours every 3-month period (quarter) to be used as needed. The term of the QSPA is one year, with the option to move up to a standard Service Plan Agreement (SPA) at the end of a quarter. A good fit for those not needing a predetermined amount of hours per month, yet still offers a nice savings off of the base rate.
